current BDR motors are weak. next year they're gonna have top of the line toyota cars & motors. mark my words, they will be competitive.

I know Red Bull will be receiving full toyota support as they dont have the facilities to build anything on their own. I believe BDR will use the 2006 chassis on Toyota bodies and will have toyota engines.

poor mayfield? lol. you do release the blocks Bill Davis runs now are extremely old? with no Dodge support, they dont get any of the good Dodge stuff. But with Toyota's top of the line motors, theyre gonna start hitting on chassis setups and run competitive. If you don't believe me, just wait: you'll be proved wrong.

I believe Toyota will seriously help BDR & MWR (and Red Bull, but they haven't run yet in Cup anyway).. but the problem comes with the drivers they've chosen so far..
I do like that David Reutimann might get the 00 ride.. he deserves it and will be very competitive, heck, he may be battling Menard for the ROTY

toyota has the best driver in nascar for next season Actually, according to consistency in the last couple of years, Tony Stewart is considered the best driver in NASCAR. Katesdad: Think back a few years. Daytona 500 Victory, Top 10 in points, etc. It was a few years back, but they lost Dodge support I think 2-3 years ago.

Right with Ward Burton. Used to love it when he won for the victory lane speachs Just seemed to me they were on a roll for acouple of years then something happened before Davis handed out dodge parts for christmas presents to the evil Toyota empire (joke). I have no doubt that Toyota will be strong. Mayfield, according to Ray has had 5 different crew chiefs in 5 years. I dont know how many were uncle Rays doing and how many were Mayfields doing. Im on the fence as far as how strong BDR will be and how soon. Seemed to me it took dodge awhile to get going with maybe alittle better owners and drivers. Not bashing BDR or your opinion. And those Vickers guys and girls are speaking from the heart Tony is the man to beat right now. If he would get into shape he might be able to stay at the top longer! Katesmom has plans to find him in Columbus......LOL
